Julie Wong is the Principle of JU Properties. She has been a real estate Practitioner since 1981 and specializes in selling of land, commercial, such as shophouses, industrial and residential properties under her leadership.
Pioneer
In the 1980s, she was one of the pioneer industrial agents. Her clientele includes K.C.Dat, Harper Wira, Region Food and many others. She has managed project sales with outstanding results such as Ampangpuri Condominium, Kuchai Center Shophouses, Templer shophouses, Pacific Condo, Villa Makmur Condominium . The company ensure good customer service before and after and to exceed their clientele expectation.
Industry Recognition
She has served in associations related to real estate industry such as the Malaysian Institute of Estate Agent as a one (1) term Secretary General and a two (2) term Deputy President. She was also in charge of the Professional Practice and Constitution by Laws in the institute.
She is the Past President of MIEA from year 2009 to 2011 and have organised various events, e.g.: spin off convention of MIEA to enhance the institute to a higher level at various states such as at MIEA Johore in collaboration with IEA of Singapore. The Theme is “Iskandar Region – Rise of the Metropolis” on Oct 31st & 1st November, 09. Spin off convention was also held in the State of Penang.
Mdm Julie have lectured in various countries the latest being in University of Konkuk, Seoul, Korea and University of Wangju and at CCIM International Conference. Previously, she was also a speaker for the Negotiator Course for the Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA).
She was also an invited speaker at the the Star Property Fair at KLCC Convention Centre on 27th November, 2009 and due to the demand from the public, the Star have invited Miss Wong to be their Weekly Columnist Article Writer for the Website.
Speaking Engagements and Interviews
She was also a speaker at the MAREC 10 CONVENTION, PWTC, Speaker in Propertyguru Seminar and also under Property Investors Alliance (PAIA) at KLCC Convention Hall in year 2011. She was also featured in various magazines and news article, like “Top Ten”, “Personal Money”, “the Edge”, “the Star Paper”, “the Live magazine”, “ Homefinders”, “Malaysian Reserve”, “Nanyang Siang Pau”, “Sin Chew Jit Pao”, “Oriental” and many others.
Miss Julie Wong also came on radio talk show Channel 89.9 FM, the Property Business Channel. She is also a taskforce committee member for Asia Pacific Region under the Fiabci International Association, and Member of National Committee FIABCI, and MALAYSIA CHAPTER.
Miss Julie Wong was also instrumental in getting a Grant from the US Foundation to bring in two (2) courses in collaboration with NAR Association on the CRS (Residential Courses), CIPS Courses (Commercial Courses). Year 2011 saw Miss Julie Wong succeeded in inviting NAR President, Mr. Ron Philipps and he came to officiate the opening ceremony of MAREC 2011 along with the Ministry of Finance II , YB Dato Seri Ahmad Husin.
Miss Julie Wong is also a Certified Residential Specialist. Presently, Miss Julie Wong is concentrating on selling commercial and residential properties.
